Job Description:
Investigating
and working on complex technical issues related to the product
Working
on Architecture and Design of the product*

on Installation and Configuration of the product*

with issues related to various Databases and Operating Systems (Windows, Unix
etc.)
Requirement
1:
Basic
knowledge of various O/S like Windows / Unix / Macintosh etc.
Basic
knowledge of Networking concepts
Any
1 of the certifications like CCNA / MCSA / CCNP / Red Hat will be preferred
