Job Summary:
Candidate
should be a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information
System.
Applicants
must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or management information
systems.
Candidates for this position must also have experience developing in a
variety of languages, such as ASP, PHP, XML, HTML, JavaScript, SQL and C#.
Must
have experience on maintaining/supporting web CMS.
Must
have experience in deploying web CMS system and proficient in troubleshooting
issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Support
and maintain the web CMS.
Deploy
new site and changes to the existing site.
The
Web support staff must develop and implement code for websites and software
based on approved wireframes and infrastructure.
Web
support staff must communicate and raise all the concerns/issues with the
stakeholders to achieve website goals.
The
Web support staff must be able to troubleshoot the reported issues and fix
issues as per agreed SLA.
The
Web support staff has to ensure that web sites are maintained as per the
expected standard.
The
Web support staff is also responsible for making regular updates to websites or
software. Should requested work fall outside the scope of regular maintenance,
the Web support staff may be required to estimate a time for implementation.
