0-2 years experience.

Prior experience in business consulting and quantitative background preferred.

Strong analytical skills and ability to distill data into important, relevant ''so what's'' for senior managers.

Knowledge of SPSS and basic programming a plus.

Self-driven and can work with geographically spread teams.

Impeccable attention to detail and project management abilities.

Demonstrated poise, maturity, and judgment in dealing with members.

Proven competence for meeting deadlines and multi-tasking under pressure.

Strong oral and written communication skills, with particular attention to precision of language and ability to organize information logically.

Job Responsibilities:

Delivers CEB insight to customers through written communications

Packages insight (deck compilation, summary writing, project scoping) to respond to assigned customer requests or customer events

Supports Executive Advisors responding to inbound requests in accordance with project assignment decision rules

Partner with the Advisors and Member Services to prioritize and stimulate utilization as needed

Solicit feedback on member experiences to improve service delivery and maximize value

Supports coordination of service interactions for Advisory team

Build diagnostic tools and analyze survey results to identify company and industry trends

Process and analyze data using software like Excel or SPSS

Generate reports presenting key research insights and data analysis results, using SPSS, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.

Author whitepapers/data briefs on areas of member interest

Manage the quality and security of client data.

Create web-based education tools like training modules providing audio and video training to procurement staff

Support members on their immediate research needs (reactive projects) through research briefs, flash-poll surveys, and benchmarking data analysis, completed within a 3-7 week timeframe
