Basic
Knowledge on Sprint, Kola, etc. will be preferred.
Knowledge
of ERP & PLM will be an added advantage.
Good
MS Office Skills.
Good
communication skills.
Trouble
shooting skills on Assembly and Material preparation issues.
Ability
to work with people with different backgrounds, nationalities, cultures etc.
Good
planning and execution skills.
Willingness
to take ownership and drive improvement initiatives.

Job Description:
Plan,
Execute and Support CVA India operations with assembly instructions, equipment
and facilities for efficient production.
To
provide engineering support to the process area in the plant.
To
introduce design specifications and changes in production.
Leading
a team of Diploma engineers, Technicians, to provide production with
instruction, service and satisfy assembly needs: tooling, process balancing,
ergonomic issues etc.
To
prepare process and product projects for production.
To
define manning and assembly time.
To
document quality requirements an assembly instructions.
Ensure
a working environment according to safety standards.
Strictly
follow Volvo Group policies, including Safety, Quality and Environmental
policy.
Understand
his/her responsibility for the impact on the environment.
Participate
in the education and trainings provided by the company, continuously take care
of self-development.
Work
in collaboration with other divisions and companies of Volvo group.
Intensify
company’s positive image by correct behavior and polite manner of communication
with colleagues and company’s partners.
Do
not disclose any confidential information and do not use it in a way that may
cause damage to the company.
Support
continuous improvement of processes, according to Volvo Production System.
Perform
all tasks as assigned by the direct manager within his/her competence.
