Senior
PHP Developer:
1-5
Years of hands-on software development experience in PHP, HTML, DHTML/XHTML,
JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, XML.
Knowledge
of JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Prototype etc is essential.
Knowledge
of Cakephp, YII, Zend etc., YII/Zend Framework would be a special advantage.
Depth
knowledge/Experience of open source technologies with open source projects like
Wordpress, Joomla, OSCommerce, Drupal, Zencart, Opencart, Magento is desirable
so you can do any level of customization through coding part.
Understanding
of object oriented project development methodologies would have an
advantage/preferred.
Understand
team development/Source code control.
Well
aware of MVC and other standard design patterns.
Work
yourself, lead and solve problems of your development team.

Senior Web Graphic Designer:
Should
be proficient in HTML, XHTML, jQuery, JavaScript and CSS and Sound knowledge in
Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw & Dreamweaver.
Should
have knowledge through UID (User Interface Designing) and Practical experience
in creating visually appealing user interface designs, website designs and
converting them to quality table less HTML (Pixel Perfect).
Should
be able to create new themes using CSS, to a working web application.
Should
be able to communicate with clients to understand their requirements and
provide them quality design support.
Knowledge
in vector graphic softwares. (Illustrator or Corel draw)
Knowledge
in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Responsive website design, Flash and CMS
(Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress, Magento, Opencart) will be added advantage.
Should
be a good team player & posses excellent communication skills.
Strong
analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a
fast-paced environment.
One
and very important that is important for this job position – PSD to HTML
Conversion (Table Less) with pixel perfect. It means HTML Template should match
each 1 pixel with PSD Design template.
PHP
Developer Trainee:
1
Year Bond.
No
Salary/Stipend for first 3 months.
After
3 months your stipend will be Rs.5000/- per month and later on the basis of
your performance salary will be incremented.
