DDLC (documentation Development Life cycle) knowledge.
MS office experience. Proficient in MS Word.
Job Responsibilities:
Write User guides, online help, release notes for software.
Coordinate the entire documentation teams work.
Plan for documentation improvement on a continuous basis.
Job Skills:
Excellent Oral/Written Communication skills.
