candidate will be placed as Management Trainee (Estate) and Put on training.

Training period will normally be one year and on successful completion of
training, the candidate will be considered for appointment as Asst. Manager in
the company in the scale of pay of Rs.11070-18450/- (under revision) with usual
allowances as per company rules.
