Monitoring of all plant & machinery.
Skillfully manage the entire gamut of activities like Maintenance, Preventive & Periodical Maintenance of 132/11 KV Substation, Transformers, AC Squirrel Cage Motors & DC Shunt Motors, Servo Motors, MCC, PCC, Circuit Breakers, Starters, Power Capacitors, Electrical Heaters, Plant Lighting and EWRH Crane & TPM.
Basic knowledge about PLCs & SCADA system.
Making daily arrangements for the machineries & manpower.
Making schedule for monthly, weekly & daily program.
Coordinate with the clients & procurement for the maintenance requirements.
Perform root-cause analysis of faults while developing & improving the process by taking corrective actions to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues.
Ensure adherence to Safety standards in all functional areas and implementing measures for enhancing safety levels.
Review the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction / quality failures and advise on system and process changes for qualitative improvement in productivity.
Establish quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance quality of equipment installation and operation.
Accountable for preparing documents regarding maintenance history of machines, safety, ISO & using it as useful reference to resolve future maintenance issues.
SAP end user (creation of PR, PO, SR, monitoring stock) & provide training to the technicians.
