Prior experience in a similar job will be given preference.

Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills.
Knowledge of basic computer operations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame.
Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities.

Should be open to work in any shift timing night shifts or any other rotational work shifts (early morning/late evening).

Schedule interviews and maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant.
Interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process.
Generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.

Provide input to hiring manager regarding hiring decisions.
