Bachelors degree.
4-5 years prior experience at a market research agency and/or fielding agency; must have 2-3 years experience managing research in Indian pharmaceutical market.
Prior experience with MS excel and word.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to coordinate with individuals from multiple backgrounds across multiple locations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once under tight timelines.
Job Description:
Manage the recruitment of respondents for qualitative/quantitative research according to project team and client specifications while adhering to procedures and timelines.
Be the single POC from ZS to coordinate with all external vendors for India/Asian studies.
External vendors refer to agencies that manage fielding and recruit suitable respondents for research and/or provide secondary data.
