Job Summary:
Candidate should be a Any Graduate/PG from a recognized university.
Looking for a Good Looking Female candidate with good experience in Front Office or Administration.
Should be able to handle customers queries and direct them to concerned Employees.
Handling entire Reception area & Front Office Desk.
Receiving the visitors and direct them to the concerned staff.
Maintaining a record of appointments and coordinate those to the right people in the office.
Answering all incoming calls and handling caller's enquiries and handling with EPABX.
Greeting Customers and enquiring their problems and directing them to the concerned person.
Coordinated the repair and maintenance of office supplies.
Providing administrative services to the Admin Manager.
Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy.
Coordinating with accounts and clients regarding bills.
Handling, checking and processing all vendor bills.
Maintaining company's registers and files.
Following up receivables through emails and phone calls.
Coordinating with other branch offices/departments-Tracking of all Couriers/letters.
Document preparation and preparing formats in Excel.
