Ready to work 24/7.
1-2 years Experience in travel domain with any GDS knowledge.
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Serves customer by determining requirements, Answering inquiries and assisting customers related to travel queries.
Ability to cope up with difficult customer situations.
Providing individualized customer service of high standard professional level.
Determining problems or issues in queries or complaints handling nature and proposing solutions.
