Good pH score
Good academics
Zeal to learn new technologies and able to demonstrate the skills using previous projects is a definite plus
Strong in at least 1 programming language C/C++/JAVA/C#
Hands on experience in programming (as part of a project) will be an added advantage
Participation in some coding competitions will be an added advantage
Any technical certification will be a plus
Sound computer science fundamentals
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good pH score
