Job Description:
Commercial Loan Services is part of Global Credit
Risk Management Operation & is responsible for the end to end processing of
Loans for the Investment Bank, Commercial Bank, Asset Wealth Management &
Private Bank & Business Banks
1. Roles
& Responsibilities - include specific functions/ tasks/ performance
objectives
Perform all activities related to expiring Flood monitoring
and force placement of Flood insurance.
By working all ticklers with in FLOAT and working associated system
generated reports, prepare and force
place insurance where needed.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct reviews flood insurance for retail loans
· Process and resolve pending expiration items on insurance
· Monitoring of all items assigned and to be worked in a timely manner
· Effectively communicate and resolve any Flood insurance related issues
from internal Bank Associates via email and telephone.
· Keep
abreast of changes to flood insurance process and requirements.
· Support other collateral job functions such as release process, tickler
reports.
· The
ability to learn fast
· Ensure that the standard operating procedures are updated on a timely
basis.
· Taking active participation in process improvement and automation.
· Ability to handle pressure
· Flexible
· The
ability to be adaptable
Perform other duties as assigned. Monitoring the
work queue on a timely basis and assigning the work.
