Job Summary:
Required Bachelor's, Business Administration and/or
Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology.
1-2 years providing systems analyst and systems
configuration support in an engineering, high tech, or sales industry required.
6 months to one year working with an integrated CRM
solution preferred.
Salesforce.com implementation and support experience
including minimum Salesforce.com certification ADM201 preferred.
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written
communication skills.
Excellent organizational and follow through skills
are required.
Experience developing system requirements is
required.
Experience supporting and implementing system
integrations is preferred.
Must demonstrate expert abilities in office
productivity tools (MS Office suite) - specifically Excel, Visio, and
Powerpoint.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide enterprise enhancement and sustaining
support and implementation of Salesforce.com instances. The successful candidate
will be responsible for the following activities:
Translating business processes into systems
solutions.
Preparing system requirements including functional
and technical specifications and workflow diagrams.
Providing documentation of application solutions and
providing support for end-user training.
Facilitating effective and proactive communication
with key stakeholders and end users.
Performing system configurations to match business
requirements.
Developing and supporting SaaS, OTS and/or custom applications,
extensions and integrations for business applications in large enterprise
environment.
Providing functional leadership to the business in
the standard CRM areas: Service and Support, sales force automation, marketing
campaigns, etc.
Self-Assigning, assessing and troubleshooting end
user issues and change requests in production environment with rapid turn
around time service level agreements.
Job Skills:
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written
communication skills.
