Job Summary:
Candidate
should be a any graduate/diploma from any recognized university.
Good
Command over English Fluency, Vocabulary and Pronunciation.
Good
Basic knowledge of computer and operating systems.
Candidates
applying and selected for the job will be expected to work in shifts –
including evening and night shifts.
Should
have good understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP Configuration
options and troubleshooting.
Should
possess strong computer skills required for initial call handling.
Should
be proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-Up, Token
Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
Job Process:
Round 1- The candidates will be called for Group
Discussion.
Round 2- Technical Interview.
Round 3- Communication Assessment round.

of second previous organizations reliving letter if the current or recent
organizations experience is less than one year.
