Qualification: 1. M.Sc in Geography (Urban Planning/Regional Planning). OR 2. M.Plan/M Tech (Planning) in Urban & Regional Planning with specialization in Urban & Regional Planning or equivalent.

1. Working experience in the field of Remote Sensing applications in the relevant subject. 2. Processing of Very High Resolution (VHR) Satellite Data 3. Knowledge in preparation of large scale mapping using VHR Satellite Data 4. Knowledge in Masterplan preparation for Urban area.

Job Salary:

Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer ’SC’ in the following LEVEL in the PAY MATRIX: Level 10 (` 56100 - ` 177500). The gross emoluments at present will be approximately ` 56,100/- p.m. In addition, House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting will be paid for those who are not availing Departmental Housing and Transport facility respectively

35 years as on 25.10.2016 (Ex-serviceman and Persons with Disabilities [PWD] are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders).
