Job Description:
Work experience of Operation & Maintenance of
PET bottle blower
Trouble shooting if problem of working machine &
Maintenance of plant.
Proactively identifying areas of
obstruction/breakdowns by conducting failure analysis & take steps to
rectify the same through application of trouble shooting tools.
Planning and implementing various breakdown/
preventive maintenance schedules of various machines to increase machine up
time/ equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned targets.
Responsible to handle (Troubleshoot) all kind of
electrical power/control panels, Electronic Sensor Technology, AC Drives
application (On ABB, BCD, Delta, Allen Bradley & BCH make), Pneumatics,
Electrical Power/Control, PLC Network Wiring.
Closely monitoring cost of production, process
losses.
Ensure effective preventive maintenance of various
equipments & spare management to reduce downtime.
Candidate must have knowledge of quality aspect of
raw material & finished products.
To ensure effective capacity utilization of plant
& machinery.
Job Skills:
Excellent English Communication skills.
