Candidate should be a Graduate.

Extensive experience in C/C++/Java Application development on Windows and Unix.

Programming experience should encompass multiple areas like,

Multi-threading.

Network programming with TCP/IP.

Programming with SSL/TLS.

Experience with leveraging tools for better software quality:

Visual Studio.

Coverity Static Analysis.

Rational Purify.

Crash dump / core dump analysis tools like WinDBG, AD Plus etc.

One of the Web Servers/container: IIS, iPlanet, IBM HTTP Server, Tomcat.

One of the Database systems (as backend): MS SQL, Oracle, DB2.

Technical presentation skills.

Process orientation.

Exposure to waterfall & agile development practices.

Exposure to .NET and J2EE will be added plus.

Right attitude towards work (self-learner, takes initiative, good team player).

Excellent Communication skills.
