Job Description:
Analyze
product information - product log files and over WebEx.
Identify
the issue and propose a solution or workaround.
Provide
root cause analysis of the issue and steps to prevent from re occurrence.
Connect
with team as required to resolve customer issues.
Resources
would be expected to work on weekends and shift on rotation.
