Establish
a learning and development framework to support the talent management and
learning development requirements for India.
Lead
engagements with business managers via their HR Business partners to develop
solutions addressing their organization developmental needs.
Put
in place training evaluation and measurements to translate ROI on programs and
investments.
Identify
internal trainers and external training partners.
Conduct
and deliver stand up training.
Collaborate
and align with Global and APAC L&D lead to deliver programs for India.
