Job Description:

Experience in Performance Management and RF Optimization of CDMA/EVDO/LTE networks.

Fundamental understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola.

Competent understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both performance and

Capacity impacts (active/idle mode) at both BTS and BSC level.

Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design.

Able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform.

Competent in capacity/PN planning.

Competent in frequency/PN interference analysis and coordination.

Automation of optimization tasks – Programming Skills.

Application development and deployment, Web based development, User interface design and development, Object oriented programming concepts.

C#, Core Java, J2EE, WEB Language: JavaScript, JSP,Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS-Access, SQL Server.

WEB / Application Tools: Ecllipse, Netbeans, Putty, WinSCP, SQLyog, Toad.

Operating System: Windows, Linux, Unix, Ubuntu).

Excel Macros; Visual Basic.

Excellent MS Office/Actix skills.
