Job Description:
Provide technical support to dealers/contractors during installation and troubleshooting within all six product categories (Intruder, Video, Fire, Access, Hardware, Home Solutions) and on related peripherals in troubleshooting, programming, wiring etc and ensure customer delight.
Provide high level of technical support for the ADI Australia sales team, Engineering Services Group and customers.
Have the ability to understand the common problems faced in product installations.
Have the ability to troubleshoot and help the customer in resolving technical issues.
Develop skills on problem analysis.
Have the ability to visualize the site conditions and advise customer for most suitable solution.
Maximization of customer satisfaction through responsiveness and quality of service.
