Should have good attitude and should be a good team player.

Prior experience of working with support team is an advantage.

Familiarity with incident, change and problem management processes is preferred.

Job Description:

Need to support Group SRD suite of applications for all countries.

This is L2 and L3 support, includes working in shifts and oncall support during non-business hours.
