Job Summary:
Candidate
should be a Graduates.
To
develop new shades / products to suit customer requirements.
To
modify / upgrade existing products to optimize cost / processing under guidance
from Manager -Technical Development.
To
evaluate new / alternate vendors or raw materials.
To
prepare samples for submitting to customers.
Sending
samples of new shades and products to customers.
To
attend trials of products at customers end for providing technical service to
customers.
Assisting
Manager – Technical Development in coordination activities related to various
functions / Departments.
To
monitor trial batches in production to maintain the quality of finished goods
and intermediates.
Guiding
sub–ordinates regarding development / modification / standardisation of new /
existing products and intermediates.
Supervising
safe work practices in handling chemicals, glass wares & testing
instruments and house keeping.
Job Skills:
Excellent Communication skills.
