to convert the UI designs in to fully-functional interactive prototypes.
Awareness
of UI design tools like photoshop and Flash.
Awareness
of UI development principles and best practices.
Ability
to work closely with UX and design teams.
Expertise
with AJAX, JQuery, DOJO, HTML5/CSS3 will be an added advantage.
Understanding
of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (W3C Guidelines).
