of Annual Bonus (maximum at 10.4% of base salary):
The
employee will be eligible to avail the bonus amount subject to the rules of the
bonus scheme
Note:

Company spends considerable effort in training new employees. Candidates
willing to commit for atleast a period of 24 months (2 lakhs service agreement)
