Job Description:
Primarily responsible for HR data management/updation in Peoplesoft HRMS Globally.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage PeopleSoft data.
Receive & log all queries/request received through email into Siebel.
Investigate & resolve requests within the agreed timelines (SLC/SLA).
Adhere to the defined process/SOP’s.
Thorough knowledge of policies/process of all assigned regions & other related systems.
Resolve request/queries by networking with other inter/intra Departments of HR Services.
Escalate issues as appropriate.
Ensure delivery in accordance with set quality standards.
Be a backup for other associates at the time of need.
To provide clear status of pending work to Team Lead before proceeding on leave & identify a backup person within the team.
To provide the 1st level support to the HR community.
To conduct internal audit on data periodically.
Communicate with the Human Resources representative both by verbal and E-mail.
