Candidates should done UG/PG from any recognized university.
Should be able to resolve network related issues (TCP/IP settings, Cable crimping, Switches).
Verbal and written communication should be good.
Desktop Hardware knowledge, Windows XP /Vista/ win 7, idea on Structure cabling, outlook client installation, IP Phone connection, basic networking idea, etc.

Job Description:
Experience in dismantling/assembling desktops.
Trouble shooting skill on Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/2003 & Knowledge on hardware assembling.
Knowledge of RAS Remote connectivity Tools.
Knowledge of Networking (LAN).
Installation & trouble shooting skill.
Should have sound Knowledge on Windows XP & Desktop HW.
Should have experience in Installation , Configuration.
Should have experience in trouble Shooting of Mail Clients (MS outlook& outlook express, Lotus Notes).
Should have experience in MS Office Applications, Antivirus Clients - (Symantec, Kaspersky, McAfee etc.
People who are located in Bangalore or willing to reallocate to Bangalore should only apply.
