Job Description:

Responsible for answering customer calls regarding technical issues and abide by the prescribed instructions.

Installation & configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows XP, Vista, 7&8).

Configuration & troubleshooting all types of Hardware, Software applications, Antiviruses & Network problems (TCP/IP).

Monitoring & removal of virus.

Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and mail backup of Microsoft Outlook 2007/10/13 or Outlook Express Regular data (.pst files).

Remotely resolving application and network problems.

Mail configurations through net meeting and remote desktop sharing.

Excellent Communication skills.
