Should be able to meet the key performance metrics of Accuracy & TAT.
Job Description:
Liaising with brokers adn custodians to resolve trade discrepancies.
Make & Receive external international and domestic calls.
Ensure that work is been done as per defined SLAs.
Strict adherence to deadlines.
Should be able to do multi task.
Should be willing to work in rotating shifts.
Job Skills:
Excellent communication skill.
Willing to work in night shifts
Immediate joinees are preferred.
