Job Summary:
Candidate should be a BE/BTech/MS.
BE/BTech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent from a premier institute with 8+ years experience.
Excellent knowledge of Java.
Proficient with Core Java concepts (multithreading, design patterns using Java, collections etc.).
Hands on work in developing Java based distributed systems.
Strong Experience in developing and designing high performance, scalable, rich content Websites is a plus.
XSL 1.0 knowledge.
XML Proficiency.
Proficient in building Web Services using REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
Detailed knowledge of Object oriented programming, design patterns.
Familiarity with Scrum and Test Driven Development.
Good understanding of Web standards & protocols and hands-on experience with technologies that power the web is a plus.
Good HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus.
Exposure to PHP, Perl is a plus.
Experience of content delivery to multiple types of devices (e.g. Phones, Tablets) using HTML5 is a plus.
Should have worked in a Linux environment.
Experience of deploying on Apache or Tomcat and writing configuration rules.
Good hands-on with Code Repository tools (like SVN), Unit Testing Frame works (/JUnit/TestNG) and Java Debugging tools (like jconsole, btrace etc.).
Web Technologies Integration experience (e.g. content feeds) is a plus.
Having technically lead a team is a plus.
Experience in a premier product development company.
Exposure to Test Driven Development, Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
Good understanding of Web Vulnerabilities and Application Security.
Internationalization, Localization Exposure.
Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
