Process and Complete medical claims accurately.
Process claims, that route out of automatic adjudication, within current turnaround standards.
Proficient in product lines applicable to processing unit.
Able to understand and apply plan concepts to include.
Deductible.
Coinsurance.
Copay.
Out-Of-Pocket.
State Variations.
Recognize issues related to variable deductible, coordination of benefits, carve out alternate benefits.
Adhere to quality improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate increasing productivity to meet minimum requirements while maintaining quality standards.
Good keyboard skills with average typing speed of around 20/25 WPM.
Good Analytical & Comprehension skills.
Flexible to work for night shifts.
Note: NO BE/BTech and Pharmacy & No Post Graduates.
