Technical & Non-Technical Support Associate (Voice) required with the following skill set:
Opening for Technical & non-technical Customer Support Voice.
Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST.
Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services.
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES).
Lucrative Salary & Incentives (Rs. 9,000 - 15,000 Take Home + Performance Incentives + Free Pick & Drop with Security etc.).
5 days/week (2 Week Offs).
