Job Description:
Should possess excellent academic marks, strong in fundamentals and good in communication.
Should be willing to learn and quickly adapt to the job requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
Proactively participate in ongoing projects in close association with manager.
Develop and demonstrate competence on the job.
Initiate, develop and recommend engineering methods and procedures to optimize existing processes (reduce cost, reduce cycle time, improve customer satisfaction, etc.).
Proactively provide engineering and technical assistance to the function.
Apply knowledge of engineering principles to optimize routine operational activities.
