Good Knowledge of incident and change management.

Job Description:
Hands on responsibility of resolving IT issues for customers and capable of managing a team of 10-15 technical/senior technical analysts.
Regular client interaction and act as a Single point of contact for customer queries (Techincal).
Provide routine and ad-hoc management information and reports and participate in monthy Operational reviews.
Monitor SLA's and ensure that this is met by proper data analysis.
Rota & Leave management: Ensure that sufficient cover is maintained to support the operational shifts.
Escalation management (Both India/ Munich) to be handled effectively focusing on delivery and customer communication and satisfaction.
