Job Description:
Generating leads of prospective clients.
Advising clients on investment in Real Estate and providing end to end solutions for acquiring a property.
Primarily responsible for initiating first level contact with existing and prospective customers.
Execute call & email campaigns around upgrades, new product launch & legal compliance initiatives.
Build pipeline of all opportunities through Leads and Campaigns. Update on a weekly basis.
Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach.
A good team manager having a successful track record of sales in any industry.
Can handle a team of sales employees.
To develop and maintain relationship with the channel partners to conduct regular sales meetings;
Possess, Identifying and networking abilities with reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach;
Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business;
Develop and Implement the Marketing Strategy, Establish and Manage New Channel partners, Alliances;
