Job Description:
Aggressive prospecting in respective market for prospect clients and maintaining a healthy prospect funnel.
Promote Staffing business holistically in designated marketAbility to build/nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation.
Meet regularly with Strategic Heads/Business Heads/CXO levels of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and provide staffing solutions accordinglyEnsuring sign-ups with clients using pricing framework.
Responsible for the complete business development cycleTracking of new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolving new models.
Evolving SLA's specific to client requirements & businessprocessesCollating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignments.
Drafting of RFIs & RFPs.
Must possess a flair for market research, gathering market intelligence & marketing activities.
Should be capable of handling client escalations effectively and promptly.
