VLSI: You must be well versed with logic design in VERILOG & VHDL.
MATLAB: You msut be well versed with DIP & DSP Design & Development.
MATLAB: You must be well versed with Simulink Tools.
EMBEDDED SYSTEMS: You must be well versed with 8051, PIC, ARM7 & ARM9 Programming.
