MBA in HR preferred.
Good Communication skills.
Recruitment experience of atleast 1 year preferred.

MBA with specialization in Human Resources preferred.
At least 3+ years of recruiting experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.
Result Oriented.
Team player.
Hire within the set Service Level Agreement and achieve recruiting targets.
Hire through the most cost-effective sources and reduce recruiting costs.
Increase applicant to hire ratio to ensure that the best candidate is hired.
Assist employees and Management in correct interpretation and understanding of HR Policies and Procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment across hierarchy.
Work closely with Management to fill positions.
Handle end-to-end recruiting responsibilities that will include sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, extending offers.
Create periodic recruiting reports.
Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the Business Unit.
Support the Business Unit in implementation of HR Initiatives.
Handle Background screening process.
