Job Summary:
Candidate should be a Diploma/Any Graduate from a recognized university.
Troubleshooting/resolution of PC/OS issues (Linux, Mac OS, Windows).
Basic Network troubleshooting.
Internal tools/applications support.
Remote support.
Perform remote software installations.
Triage, troubleshoot and appropriately escalate issues with VC/AV equipment.
Appropriately set clear support expectation with client employees per clients SLAs.
Communicate to client employees on client products, tools and services offered.
Appropriately escalate according to the procedures provided.
Triage and troubleshoot hardwares issues (e.g., printer, faxes, copiers, etc.,).
Troubleshoot/configure/resolve network connectivity issues according to client requirements (wired/wireless).
