Job Responsibilities:
Team size would be 2-4.
Daily document verification of Travel claims & Vendor Claims, Rental Payments & Capitalization of Fixed Assets.
To debit the expenses to Proper GL, location code & cost code.
To ensure error-free and timely processing of all requests within TAT.
To effect payment as per the Policies of the bank & delegation matrix.
Deduction of proper TDS/WCT at the time of processing payments.
Monitoring daily productivity & counseling for support staff.
Daily document verification of Travel claims & Vendor Claims, Rental Payments & Capitalization of Fixed Assets.
