Job Rules and Agreements:
Qualified candidates will be hired as Interns for a period of one year.
During this period, candidates will be put through rigorous training programs comprising of skiff training and projects followed by tests/ evaluations at every stage of the training program
The training program will commence early March 2014
During the first 6 months of internship, a stipend of INR 15K per Month will be paid
There will be a formal performance evaluation at the end of 6 months, post which successful candidates will continue the internship for the next with 6 months with an increased stipend of ilVR 5K per month.
Contract of internship will be terminated for candidates who do not meet the required performance criteria at the end of first 6 months.
On successful completion of 1 year of internship, there will be a final performance evaluation of the entire training period and projects assigned qualified candidates will be absorbed on to the mils of Marlabs with industry competitive salaries. The CTC offered at this period could vary based on the performance of the candidate and the location he/she is deputed to.
Hired candidates should be flexible to work from any of our delivery centers (Bangalore, Mysore, Trivandrum, Kochi)
