Job Description:
Identifying training and development needs within an organisation
Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the organisation's needs.
Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the ROI of any training or development programme
Evaluating training and development programmes
Keeping up to date with developments in training.
Bold & Enthusiastic personality

Percentage and Backlog Criteria:
Should have scored 60% and above throughout the academics.
Not more than 4 Reattempts/ATKTs/Backlogs/Arrears during graduation with the passing certificate/degree stating first class and No ATKTs/Backlogs/Arrears in last year of your graduation.
No ATKTs/Backlogs/Arrears backlogs in Post-Graduation.
NOTE: Every re-attempt will be treated as an Arrear/ATKT/Backlog.
Academic Gap:
Not more than 1 year of gap in the entire academic career i.e. only between any two courses.
Age Criteria:
For BE/BTech Candidates: Not more than 24 years as on 1-July-2013.
For MCA/ME/Mtech: Not more than 26 years as on 1-July-2013.
