Job Summary:
Candidate should be a Any Graduate/PG from a recognized university.
Minimum 1 year of IT Service Management experience.
Solid understanding of the ITIL framework specifically Service Asset and Configuration Management.
High level understanding of technology.
Direct experience with at least one Configuration Management Tool (e.g. CA Service Desk, ServiceNow, HP Universal CMDB).
The candidate must be able to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and have the ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical personnel.
Must be self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take direction.
Job Description:
Work within the CA Service Desk tool in support of the Configuration Management process including creating new CIs and updating.
Existing CI information as needed.
Monitor the CMDB Support queue within Change Management and complete required tasks.
Monitor the CMDB Support queue within Incident Management and complete required tasks.
Provide information on the status of CIs when requested.
Support the Configuration Management Analyst with day-to-day administration of Configuration Management activities.
