Technosoft Bangalore Walk-In Interview For Service Delivery Senior Associate/Specialist On 4th October 2014
Handle international calls, emails & service requests, assess customers support needs and resolve/route inquiry accordingly.
Provide first/second level support for customer issues including documented procedures and available tools. Fulfill requests by
clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests for second level support.
Maintain Service Request database by accurately entering information.
Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions.
Enhance organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Support creation of scripts and email templates for Associates to follow on each Service Request.
Provide subject matter expertise when required by team members.
Handle 1st Level Escalations.
Conduct training sessions for customers and participate in User Acceptance Testing for service delivery Tools.
