Hands on management experience building engineering teams and scaling organizations to deliver and maintain complex systems.
Hands on experience managing and developing engineers and technical leaders.
Hands on development experience scaling complex systems.
You love to code.
Experience writing in Rails and/or ember.js.
Prior experience working in a consumer facing start-up.
