Job Description:
Make adjustments to existing rule flows and rules including champion/challenger and randomization as guided by Risk Management team
Monitor for any rules firing incorrectly based on historical trends
Implement new rule flows and rules to support new services, products, and consumer risk segments
Conduct user acceptance testing relating to new or revised rules
Implement new functionality such as velocity variables, lookup tables, etc. to enhance decision making
Identify Blaze improvement opportunities and develop requirements and specifications
Work closely with IT to support daily troubleshooting needs
Manage daily rule request procedure
Address performance issues in rule execution
