Job Summary:
Candidate should be a Any Graduate from a recognized university.
Candidate should be comfortable with Sundays working (will get Comp Off in a week).
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and (local language of the city).
Comfortable with using Internet.
Mature & polite with good customer handling skills.
Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com Members offering assistance and up selling.
Handling telephonic and Walk-in Inquiries at the center.
Following the defined sales process to convert Inquiries into membership.
Meeting Sales and conversion Targets.
Very good at communication skills.
Priror experience in Sales or Service will be an added advantage.
