Candidate must have experience in Sourcing from Job portal like Naukri/ Monster/ Timesjobs etc.

0.6 to 3 years of experience in sourcing is a must.

Excellent Communication Skill is a Must.

Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.

Candidate must possess good listening skills, Marketing skill, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability.

Will be responsible for end to end Recruitment.

Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening , Identifying , Conducting interviews F2F or telephonic.

Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.

Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites.

Cold Calling for Passive Job Seekers.
